Gentle Yoga

Mondays, July 15 - August 19

6:00 - 7:00 p.m.        

You can suffer from stiffness and pain in any area of your body at any age. Yoga is a great way to relieve your pain and soreness. During this six-week session, you will breathe, move, and gently stretch your way to pain relief and relaxation. The session will begin at the head and work all way down the body through to relief stiffness in the neck, hands and wrists, upper back and shoulders, lower back, knees and feet. This class is ideal for young and old; both males and females. This is a great opportunity to obtain fast, drug-free pain relief.
