2 Inmates Found Dead Sunday At Eastern PA Prisons
The death of two inmates on Sunday — one at Bucks County Prison and the other at Graterford — are under investigation.

There were two deaths at Eastern Pennsylvania prisons on Sunday.
Authorities in Bucks County confirmed they are investigating the death of a prisoner that happened Sunday. Also, a 68-year-old inmate died Sunday afternoon at Graterford Prison.
In the Graterford death, the inmate, identified as Arthur Phillips, was found unresponsive in his cell at 2:50 p.m., authorities said.

"Prison staff immediately responded and provided life-saving measures until facility medical personnel arrived," a statement from the prison said. Phillips was pronounced dead at 3:20 p.m.
An investigation into Phillips' death is ongoing, and the official cause will be determined by a coroner.
His family has been notified. Phillips was serving a 10-to-20 year sentence for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person under 16.

Few details have been released about the death at Bucks County Prison.
Bucks County spokesman Christopher Edwards confirmed the death but offered no specifics into the identity of the man, his age, or the circumstances leading up to his death. An investigation is ongoing and more information is expected soon, Edwards said.
