Halloween Spooktacular Showcased At Sesame Place
Sesame Place Philadelphia will launch its annual fall celebration, "The Count’s Halloween Spooktacular," on Saturday at its Middletown Township amusement park. Guests are invited to come dressed in their costumed best and enjoy trick-or-treating, entertaining shows, and silly, not-too-spooky fun with everyone’s favorite Sesame Street friends. (Read More)

Peddler's Village Raises A Pint With OctoberFeast Weekend
Peddler's Village in Lahaska will celebrate the fall season with an OctoberFeast weekend on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 12 and 13 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The autumn festival features live music, activities, an outdoor beer garden, and Oktoberfest-inspired food. Eastern State Penitentiary Haunted House Open
Philadelphia's historic Eastern State Penitentiary is back in full spooky season swing, with Halloween Nights open now to give visitors the frights of their lives. The annual event, which runs select nights through Nov. 9, features new and improved visitor experiences this year along with many returning favorites. Halloween Nights is a massive Halloween festival that contains five haunted houses, as well as historic tours, themed bars, live entertainment, and more, and occupies all 10 acres of Eastern State Penitentiary’s abandoned cellblocks and yards. "Rocky Horror Show" At Bucks County Playhouse
The Bucks County Playhouse’s October tradition is underway with “Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show!” A musical that inspired the 1975 classic cult film, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” follows innocent couple Brad and Janet as they seek shelter at a mysterious old castle on a dark and stormy night, where they encounter transvestite Dr. Frank ‘N’ Furter, his “perfect” creation Rocky, and an assortment of other crazy creatures.
