Ann’s Choice Provides Onsite Employee Health and Wellness Center

Employees can visit the on-campus employee health and wellness center for everything from sick and well visits to cancer screenings and more

Ann’s Choice’s employees don’t have to go far if they need a flu shot, lab work, or checkup. At Ann’s Choice, an Erickson Living community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, employees can visit the on-campus employee health and wellness center for everything from sick and well visits to cancer screenings and vaccinations.

“Our Center also offers resources, benefits, and programs to help employees achieve a healthy lifestyle,” said Nurse Practitioner, Denise O’Hara. The Center offers convenient, confidential, comprehensive, and no cost/low-cost care by a licensed Nurse Practitioner.

“The health and wellness services we provide affect people’s lives in a very positive way,” said O'Hara. “By helping to keep our employees healthy, they, in turn, can provide our residents with the best care possible.”

At the Health and Wellness Center, employees can see a Nurse Practitioner during work hours. The Center plays a vital role in helping keep Ann Choice’s employees healthy by providing onsite wellness care and preventative health checkups, as well as allowing employees to schedule appointments, receive referrals, and complete lab work without ever leaving campus. Also, employees can use the Center for other services, including free health IQs, annual flu shots, medication renewals, smoking cessation and Weight Watchers programs, and consulting with an onsite nurse health coach.

Ann’s Choice also offers staff access to its onsite fitness center and employee fitness classes, as well as Erickson Living’s Wellness Fund that provides reimbursements for qualifying personal fitness expenses.
