Ann’s Choice Residents Donate $370,000 to Staff Appreciation Fund

Over 750 hourly staff members received a gift.

Residents of Ann’s Choice, a distinctive Erickson Living retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, raised $370,000 for the community’s Staff Appreciation Fund. The annual campaign is organized each year as a way for the residents to say “thank you” to non-management hourly employees who provide a variety of resident services at the community.

On December 5, Ann’s Choice hosted a Staff Appreciation Fund celebration where residents were able to express their appreciation toward employees and help distribute donated funds to each eligible employee. Over 750 hourly staff members received a gift. Employees also had the opportunity to write thank you notes to the residents for their generosity on large poster boards.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity for residents to give a gift to the employees who mean so much to them all year,” said Director of Human Resources Bethany Mangin. “Thank you to our residents for their generosity and for recognizing the hard work that our employees do to make Ann’s Choice such a wonderful place to live and work.”
