Ann's Choice Residents Donate $370,000 to Staff Appreciation Fund

Over 747 hourly staff members received a gift.

Residents of Ann's Choice, a distinctive Erickson Living senior living community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, raised $370,000 for the community's Staff Appreciation Fund. The annual campaign is organized each year as a way for the residents to say "thank you" to non-management hourly employees who provide a variety of resident services at the community.

At the festive event held on December 4, residents expressed their appreciation toward employees and helped distribute donated funds to each eligible employee. At Ann’s Choice, eligible employees may include the community's wait staff, dining associates, security officers, communication and administrative staff, banquet servers, maintenance workers, culinary team, housekeepers, Certified Medical Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants, totaling 747 staff members.

“Thank you to our residents for making this year's event a big success and for their generous contributions to the fund,” said Human Resources Director Bethany Mangin. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for residents to give a gift to the employees who mean so much to them all year.”
