LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A bear was spotted this past week wandering around a Feasterville neighborhood in broad daylight. Meanwhile, a man jumped fences in trying to elude police after a reported theft of merchandise at a Falls Township Wawa.

And then there's a 10-year-old boy who just received his high school diploma. He's now taking college courses and living in Bensalem, which Fortune Magazine ranked as one of the best places in the country to raise a family.
