Man Charged In Fatal Crash In Warminster
Warminster Police said a township man was charged with homicide by vehicle involving a crash in July.

WARMINSTER, PA —A 43-year-old township man has been charged in the death of a man in a fatal crash in July, police said.
Nicholas Toth, 43, of Warminster was charged with homicide by vehicle for the fatal July crash on Newtown and Coventry roads.
Toth was arrested by the Warminster Township Police Department without incident on Thursday, police said.

He was arraigned before District Justice Christopher O'Neill and bail was set at $100,000 unsecured.
Toth was charged with the following offenses: Homicide by Vehicle, and reckless driving for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.

Last month, a pedestrian was killed on Street Road.
Police officers found Hugh Charles O'Donnell-Landry lying unconscious in the westbound right turn lane of Street Road at Johnsville Boulevard.
Emergency medical care was immediately administered by Warminster Police and Central Bucks County Emergency Medical Services, but the man died from his injuries.
