Chilled Watermelon and Strawberry Soup
Ingredients:

Seedless watermelon 2 pounds
Fresh or frozen sliced strawberries 6 pounds
Plain yogurt 28 oz.
Sour cream 16 oz.
Chardonnay wine ½ C.
1. Wash seedless watermelon, dice melon making sure any seeds have been removed.
2. Puree watermelon and strawberries in blender and refrigerate for later use.
3. In large stainless steel bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream and wine.
5. Add pureed watermelon strawberry mixture and whisk together thoroughly.
6. Serve in a chilled cup. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and strawberry slice.
