A memorial service has been planned to mark the first anniversary of the flash floods that killed seven people in Upper Makefield.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —The Bucks County YMCA has a new name. Meanwhile, a memorial service was announced for the seven people who died in the flash floods in Upper Makefield Township last July.
