Home Improvement Outlet Opens In Warminster

WARMINSTER, PA —A home improvement outlet that relocated from the Huntingdon Valley is now open in the Warminster Plaza.

Your Home Outlet held its grand opening this past weekend at 654 York Rd. with a 50,000-square-foot store that is four times larger than its previous County Line Road location, owner Paul Schenk said.

"We look forward to being a staple in the community to provide good-paying jobs and overall a fun place to shop," said Schenk, a Hatboro-Horsham School District graduate who lives in Warminster.

Your Home Outlet is a retailer for new, "like new," and used items for your home marked down below retail price. Items come directly from major retailers and liquidators.

The store employs 18 people, he said.

Schenk said the key to the family-owned business is saving people money for home upgrades with mid-to-top-tier products at a discount. He said inventory changes weekly, so customers can always find something new.

He said the new store offers: more inventory, loyalty rewards, new product categories, local delivery, and extended retail hours.

"This journey has been a whirlwind of emotions, but also some of the best days of my life," Schenk told Patch previously about starting the company in 2012. "I’ve always dreamt of growing over time into a retail storefront. At that time, it seemed like a long shot, but it’s always been the goal."
