The Warminster Fire Marshal investigated that the fire possibly started as a result of someone's failed illicit drug-making process.

A search warrant was obtained by Warminster Police and the Pennsylvania State Police Clandestine Meth Lab team responded.

The PSP Lab team issued a report stating, "Most ingredients and supplies used in the clandestine manufacture of methamphetamine via the ONE-POT method were present."

A warrant for the arrest of Nunez was issued on Oct. 28, 2024.

On June 16, the U.S. Marshal's Violent Fugitive Task Force located Nunez in a Philadelphia home and brought him back to Warminster on below warrant.

Nunez was arraigned before District Judge Chris O'Neill and was remanded to Bucks County correctional facility on 10 percent of $75,000 bail.
