Warminster Police responded on May 11 to Christ Home, 1 Shepherd Way, Warminster, for a report of a carjacking in progress around 10:10 a.m. on May 11.

Police found a victim who described the suspect later identified as Toure, who had come up to them and struck up a conversation.

Toure proceeded to go over to the victim's car in an attempt to steal it. An argument and struggle began before the victim struck Toure with a walking stick. Toure then fled, police said.

A short time later, Toure approached a second victim and demanded the keys to their car.

After another struggle took place, Toure showed a knife before the victim threw a coffee at him. Toure once again fled, police said.

As officers were investigating the first two robbery attempts, police received a report of a third robbery at 700 Joy Court.

Upon speaking with two victims, officers were advised that Toure, approached them as they pulled up in their vehicle and began speaking to them. A struggle ensued when Toure produced a knife and tried to stab both victims, police said.

Toure then jumped into the victim's vehicle and fled out onto Norristown Road towards Horsham Township.

The information was then broadcast to surrounding police agencies.

Shortly after, Horsham Township police found Toure in the stolen vehicle and upon stopping the vehicle, Toure fled on foot.

A foot pursuit and manhunt started in the area of Meetinghouse Road and County Line Road and after several hours, Toure was located in a shed on Meetinghouse Road where he was taken into custody.

Toure was charged later that day with the crimes committed in Warminster and sent to Bucks County Prison.
