Man Tried To Burglarize Home After Fleeing From Warminster Crash: PD
A Philadelphia man faces numerous felony charges for attempted burglary and a burglary in progress, Warminster police said.

WARMINSTER, PA —A Philadelphia man has been charged with attempted burglary after he fled an accident on Sunday morning, police said.
Mohamed Boukhrissi of Philadelphia faces numerous charges —including attempted burglary, and a burglary in progress —after Warminster Township Police responded to West County Line Road at 1 a.m. Sunday.
Police received a report of a one-vehicle accident in which the driver fled on foot.

While checking the area, police received additional calls in that area including a theft of a bicycle on Acorn Drive, an attempted burglary on Kingsley Drive, and a burglary-in-progress on another residence on Acorn Drive.
In that incident, the suspect was reported to be fighting with one of the residents, police said.

Boukhrissi was found inside the home.
He was charged with three counts of burglary, aggravated assault, three counts of criminal trespass, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, possessing an instrument of crime, recklessly endangering another person, loitering and prowling at night, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property, and duty to give information.
Boukhrissi was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Daniel Finello and bail was set at $200,000 with 10 percent. He was unable to post the requisite bail and was transported to Bucks County Prison.
