Mike's Bar And Grill Readies For Reopening In Warminster
The popular Street Road eatery, closed for nearly a year, will reopen under new ownership.

WARMINSTER, PA —After being closed for nearly a year, Mike's York Street Bar and Grill is getting set to remerge as a fixture once again in the township's restaurant scene.
Township Zoning Officer Mike Italia told Patch Monday that signs are going up in the establishment at the corner of York and Street roads and that inspections were recently conducted.
While he said the new ownership has not provided the township with an opening date yet, plans are progressing.

Members of the Warminster Community Group Facebook page said that staff has been in training over the past week.
The new ownership, which is keeping the business name intact, has made some changes to the eatery.

The township had granted permits for alterations to the bar area.
The Facebook page members said they were excited to hear of the establishment's return and several hopes that the business could succeed after being closed for so long.
The eatery's last Facebook post was on Jan. 11 when it was promoting drink and food specials with the NFL playoffs starting.
