Shot Fired At Warminster Home, Harassing Voicemails Left: Police
Warminster Township Police have charged a man with weapons crimes after he fired a gun at a Beech Street residence Tuesday night.

WARMINSTER, PA —A 46-year-old township man has been charged with weapons crimes after police said he left harassing voicemails over several hours to a Beech Street resident and then fired a gunshot at the home, police said.
Richard Rachlin, 46, was charged Wednesday with firearms not to be carried without a license, possessing an instrument of crime, reckless endangerment of a person, and the propulsion of missiles onto a roadway, the Warminster Township Police Department said.
Police responded around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday to the 300 block of Beech Street for a report of shots fired toward a residence.
Upon arrival, the victim reported the suspect had left harassing voicemails over the past several hours. Around 11:30 p.m., the victim heard a gunshot fired outside of the home.
Another witness also reported hearing a gunshot and immediately looked from their window and observed the suspect drive by in a vehicle.

Early Wednesday, police met with Rachlin and recovered a 9mm handgun from his vehicle, which he was not lawfully eligible to possess. The recovered gun was loaded with the same casing found at the Beech Street scene, police said.
Rachlin was arrested and arraigned before a local district justice. He was taken to Bucks County Prison and held on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.
