Woman Stabs Ex-Boyfriend, Boy Charged In Theft: Warminster Crimes

The Warminster Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for September.

WARMINSTER, PA —The Warminster Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for September, including a 14-year-old boy charged with retail theft and a woman who stabbed her ex-boyfriend.

These are the criminal incidents:

  • While on routine patrol, an officer discovered a vehicle sitting in the rear parking lot of 125 E. Countyline Road with the lights on. Upon closer inspection, the officer observed a man asleep in the driver's seat. The officer awoke the man and asked him to step out of the vehicle. The officer observed a small baggie of suspected marijuana in the driver's side door. The 20-year-old man was cited for possession of paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use.
  • William Tennent High School security contacted Warminster Police and advised they were in foot pursuit of a subject who was trespassing on school property. The 17-year-old man is from another High School and was cited for Defiant Trespassing and Evading Arrest.
  • Officers responded to Weis Markets for a report of retail theft. A 17-year-old man was attempting to steal two cases of beer. After being confronted by Weis Loss Prevention, he dropped the beer and left the area. The male had done this on 2 previous occasions. After officers viewed security footage, they recognized the individual and he was brought into Headquarters and cited for Retail Theft and the Possession of Alcohol.
  • Officers responded to Madison Court Apartments for a report of a sexual offense. A minor advised she was six weeks pregnant, and the father of the baby was a 22-year-old man. After an extensive investigation, the 22-year-old man was charged with Statutory Sexual Assault and Indecent Assault with a Victim under 16 years of age.
  • An officer observed a vehicle at York and Beech streets in the township driving with no headlights on. When the officer stopped the vehicle, the officer suspected that the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The 25-year-old male refused a field sobriety test and was brought back to Headquarters and consented to a blood draw. The man was cited for DUI and Driving Periods Requiring Lighted Lamps.
  • Officers were dispatched to the U.S. Marine Corp Recruiter Office on York Road. An intoxicated 42-year-old man was harassing recruits as they were working out behind the Office. The man was yelling at recruits, throwing a cigarette and a beer bottle. He will be cited by mail for Disorderly Conduct.
  • Officers responded to William Tennent High School for a report of threats made to a Security Officer. A 17-year-old man threatened to get a gun from his bag. After a search was conducted, there was no weapon, but two vape cartridges were confiscated. The 17-year-old man will be cited for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.
  • A female subject contacted an officer to advise her ex-husband had violated the active Protection from Abuse she has against him. Her 56-year-old ex-husband had taken over one of his children's social media accounts and was posting false information about her. The 56-year-old man will be charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt.
  • Police responded to a home for a report of threats. Officers responded to learn that a girl had received a message through social media not to go to school at William Tennent because a 14-year-old male and an 18-year-old male were planning to "shoot up the school". After an extensive investigation by the Detective Division both the 14-year-old male and the 18-year-old male were arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats.
  • A 14-year-old man was arrested in connection with an attempted vehicle theft back in June. The man was arrested and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking.
  • Officers were dispatched to Countyline and Davisville for a report of a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and weaving in and out of traffic. When officers located and stopped the vehicle, the 39-year-old man was given field sobriety tests. The man failed and was transported to headquarters and blood was drawn. The man was charged with DUI Highest Rate of Alcohol.
  • Officers responded to Valley and Sinkler for a report of a woman lying on the ground. The woman was injured after walking into a utility pole. Officers cited the 59-year-old woman for Public Drunkenness and transported her home.
  • Officers responded to Aspen Grove Apartments for an unconscious woman. female. Upon arrival, Officers spoke to the Victim's mother and were advised that the 14-year-old female had been drinking alcohol at a football game. The female was transported to Abington Hospital. Officers advised her mother that the Victim would be cited for Underage Drinking.
  • A passing motorist phoned Bucks County Dispatch to advise of a man passed out on a bus stop bench. Officers responded and observed the 53-year-old man to be visibly intoxicated. The officer transported him home, and he will be cited for Public Drunkenness.
  • Officers responded to Hopwood Drive for the report of an accident. When officers arrived and spoke to one of the drivers, they suspected the 46-year-old man was driving impaired. He had failed a field sobriety test, was handcuffed, and transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood to be drawn. The man was transported home and will be charged with Driving Under the Influence pending blood results.
  • Officers responded to Hart Street for a report of a domestic in progress. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated the 30-year-old man had left the area. The man was contacted by phone and officers advised him that he needed to come to police headquarters. He was placed in custody and charged with simple assault.
  • Officers responded to Beech Street because a complainant had phoned Bucks County Dispatch to report a person rummaging around in his vehicle. Officers responded and handcuffed the 20-year-old man who stated he lost his phone. The man was transported back to Police headquarters to wait for a family member to pick him up. He will be cited by mail for Public Drunkenness.
  • Police responded to Wawa on Street Road, for a vagrant that bothering patrons. Officers were familiar with the 53-year-old man and offered him a ride to his parents' house. Officers spoke with him about getting assistance from our co-responder. He accepted the help and agreed to meet with them later. Officers transported him to his parent's home, and he will be cited by mail for Public Drunkenness.
  • A female Lyft Driver came to police headquarters to report she found a bloody knife in her vehicle after she transported a subject to Holy Redeemer Hospital. After further investigation, it was determined that a 34-year-old female had stabbed her ex-boyfriend in the leg. She was located and will be charged with Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment. The woman was arraigned and transported to Bucks County Prison.
  • Officers responded to Aspen Grove Apartments for a report of a Burglary. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a 31-year-old man had broken a window to gain entry to his ex-girlfriend's apartment. The man was arrested and arraigned before Judge Christopher O'Neill. The male was remanded to Bucks County Prison with bail set at 10 percent of $50,000. He was charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment.
