A father and mother who authorities said forced their seven children to live in deplorable conditions in a rundown trailer in West Rockhill were sentenced to up to 16 years in state prison on child neglect charges. A former Penn State Abington student will be deported to Russia after serving a year in prison for making false statements to the FBI during an international terrorism investigation.
