MacElree Harvey, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Marie I. Crossley has joined the firm. She will be resident in the Firm's Centreville Delaware office.
Ms. Crossley practices exclusively in the family law arena. She handles family law matters including divorce, asset and debt division, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, custody, child support, alimony, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, grandparent visitation, same-sex divorce, custody and support disputes, Orders for Protection From Abuse, civil unions, guardianships and uncontested adoptions. A member of the Delaware Bar Association's Family Law Section, Ms. Crossley is an active member of the Melson-Arsht Inn of Courts. She dedicates a great deal of time to community service serving as a volunteer for the Delaware Violence Advocacy Project, Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, and the Office of the Child Advocate. She is a recipient of the Delaware State Bar Association Pro Bono Award. A graduate of Washington and Jefferson College (1998), Ms. Crossley received her law degree from Villanova University in 2001.
