Barry Baker's Younger Brother Imprisoned For Felony Assault
The younger Baker was charged with felony assault after reportedly getting into an intoxicated altercation with police and hospital staff.

WEST CHESTER, PA -- The brother of Barry Baker, the man who attacked a victim with cerebral palsy, is the latest Baker to earn a criminal record.
Robert Baker, 20, of Downingtown, pleaded guilty to felony aggravated assault in Chester County Wednesday, according to court documents.
The Daily Local News first reported that the younger Baker was drunk on St. Patrick's Day when he got into an altercation with police and emergency room staff at a hospital where he was being treated for his severe intoxication.

Baker was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for his crime, court documents show.
The father of the Baker boys was arrested as part of a massive drug bust over the summer. And Barry Baker, of course, has a lengthy criminal record, including the sucker punch of a disabled man which was caught on surveillance video in May and spread like wildlife across social media.

This sentencing marks the younger Baker's first criminal offense.
