E-Z Pass Overcharged Morrisville-Trenton Bridge Motorists $9
All cars, SUVs, vans, and pickup trucks may need to request refunds.
MORRISVILLE, PA — Motorists at the Trenton-Morrisville Bridge may have been charged way too much at the toll, with some paying a $9 E-ZPass fee instead of the correct $1.25.
The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission said that vehicles with two axles and less than 8 feet tall experienced the issue, meaning that all cars, SUVs, vans, and pickup trucks may have been impacted.
The problem was caused by a damaged E-ZPass reader.

It's not yet clear how many vehicles were overcharged, with the agency merely stating that an "undetermined" number of vehicles were impacted.
