Lanes On I-95, I-295 In Bucks Co. To Close Next Week
Some of the closures will be during both daytime and overnight hours as crews work to repair and resurface the highways.
BRISTOL, PA — Drivers on Interstate 95 and Interstate 295 in Bucks County will encounter closed lanes next week as repair work in the area continues.
There will be right and center-lane closures on I-295 westbound and I-95 southbound between the Rt. 413 (Bristol) ad Academy Road interchanges. The closures will be from Monday, July 29, through Friday, Aug. 2, from 7 p.m.-5 a.m.
In addition to those overnight closures, the right lanes on I-295 West and I-95 South will remain closed during the day next week, from 5 a.m.-7 p.m.

The lane closures will be for crews to do concrete patching as part of a project to repair and resurface 13 miles of the interstates in Bensalem, Bristol, Middletown and Lower Makefield townships.
Motorists are advised by PennDOT to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays are expected. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
