Pothole Work Set On Yardley-Area Highways This Week
PennDOT crews will be working on seven Yardley-area state roads and highways this week.
YARDLEY, PA — It's pothole season in Pennsylvania and PennDOT will be on the road this week, working to fix the pesky problems on state highways in the Yardley area.
PennDOT maintenance and contractor crews will be working on more than 60 state highways this week to repair deteriorated pavement across the Philadelphia region, the agency announced.

- U.S.1 in Morrisville Borough
- Route 332 (Afton Avenue) in Yardley Borough
- Pennsylvania Ave. in Morrisville Borough
- Big Oak Road in Lower Makefield and Falls townships
- Yardley Morrisville Road/Pine Grove Road in Lower Makefield Township
- Oxford Valley Road/ Heacock Road in Falls, Bristol, and Lower Makefield townships and Bristol Borough
- Stoney Hill Road in Lower Makefield Township
Crews will be restricting lanes on these highways to patch areas of deteriorating pavement, PennDOT said. Drivers are being advised to keep an eye out for work crews and to expect lane closures and slowdowns. All work is dependent on the weather.
PennDOT is also reminding drivers that they can report potholes and other roadway problems on state roads by calling 1-800-FIX-ROAD or visiting the PennDOT website and clicking on "Submit Roadway Feedback."
