Snapshot: Mirror Image Over Delaware River
Yardley photographer Josh Friedman captures landscape frames of scenes throughout Bucks County in this Patch photo feature.

YARDLEY, PA —Josh Friedman and his wife had just gotten home from a long drive, through heavy storms, from Virginia (south of Washington, DC).
The Yardkey photographer said it was one of those times when it "just felt great to be back in our own house."

But then he saw the clouds putting on "quite a show."
Friedman sprung into action, feeling that he had to take some snapshots.

He snapped this picture with the view from Yardley (across from Charcoal BYOB), looking across the Delaware River towards New Jersey.
"I took this a few minutes before 9 p.m. and within another couple of minutes, all of the pink completely disappeared," Friedman said.
It is an HDR (high dynamic range) photograph from three exposures that he merged.
