YARDLEY, PA —"Here Comes the Sun."

The song strummed by George Harrison is featured on the classic Beatles album "Abbey Road."

And it's also featured this week as Photographer Josh Friedman's snapshot.

"Here Comes the Sun, Yardley style," Friedman told Patch this week.

At 6:30 a.m. on a morning last June, Friedman left the Starbucks on Main Street in Yardley and spotted the sun peaking out from behind the Continental Tavern.

"As I looked at the crosswalk, it reminded me of the cover of the Beatles' Abbey Road album," he said. "I imagined John, Paul, George, and Ringo crossing North Main Street and heading to Contav for a burger (yes, Paul's would be a veggie burger!).

It's an HDR (high dynamic range) photograph from four exposures that Friedman merged.

"I started singing one of my favorite lines from Abbey Road: 'And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.'"
