Massachusetts Sex Offender Failed To Register: Rhode Island Cops
The Cambridge resident was investigated by the Rhode Island Special Victim's Unit, police said.
A Massachusetts sex offender was jailed for failing to register, police said.
Peter Mundowa, 38, was arrested about 3 p.m. Friday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
The state police Special Victims Unit investigated and arrested Mundowa, according to the release.

Mundowa was processed at state police headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions to be held and presented as a Providence Superior Court probation violator, the release said.
