Rhode Island Drivers Reveal State's 3 Most Avoided Winter Roads: Survey

The recent survey of more than 3,000 drivers came up with the most avoided winter roads in Rhode Island.

A survey of more than 3,000 drivers determined the three most avoided winter roads in Rhode Island.

"When winter weather hits, many drivers quietly change their routes — not because certain roads are officially unsafe, but because they feel more stressed, exposed, or unpredictable in cold, dark, or icy conditions," according to a press release accompanying the survey conducted by RVWindshieldReplacement.com, a national network of RV auto glass experts.
