Warwick Man Arrested On Fentanyl, Coke And Gun Charges: Cops
The Warwick man was arrested after the execution of a search warrant, police said.
WARWICK, RI — A Warwick man was arrested by a Rhode Island State Police task force on fentanyl, cocaine and drug charges, police said.
Darien Valdera, 28, was arrested about 4:45 a.m. Thursday on charges of possession with the intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with the intent to deliver cocaine, possession of a firearm while committing a controlled substance violation, possession of a firearm by certain persons prohibited, possession of a stolen firearm and large capacity feeding devices prohibited, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"This arrest was the result of the execution of a court-authorized search warrant at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation," the release said.

Valdera was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and taken to the Third District Court for an arraignment, according to the release.
