Central Falls Man Charged With Eluding Law, Firearms Offenses: Police
He was also charged with possessing a stolen vehicle, police said.
CENTRAL FALLS — A Central Falls man was charged with eluding the law and firearm offenses, police said.
Ruben Depina Andrade, 20, was located by the Pawtucket police and arrested shortly after 12:30 a.m. Sunday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Depina Andrade was arrested on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, eluding law enforcement in a vehicle, license or permit required for carrying a pistol, possession of a firearm by certain persons prohibited, large capacity feeding devices prohibited and driving after suspension of license, according to the release.

Depina Andrade was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and "held pending arraignment, where he will be presented as a probation violator," the release said.
