Coventry American Little League Champs Return Home

The  returned home to Rhode Island Tuesday night after suffering their second loss in two days, this time to South Burlington, VT with a close 10-9 final score, bringing their record to 1-3.

The team lost 17-9 to Fairfield, CT on Friday, took home a 1-0 win over Scarborough, ME on Sunday and lost to Bedford, NH on Monday. 

This record in pool play eliminated them from the tournament, as only the teams with the best four records advance to the semi-finals on Thursday.
