Spring Tutor Training Class

Kent County, Rhode Island –   You can make a difference in someone’s life by giving the gift of literacy. By giving just a few hours per week, you can help develop a stronger community while helping your neighbors improve their skills. Literacy Volunteers of Kent County has adult students excited to learn English as a Second Language or Basic Literacy who are awaiting a tutor. The next tutor training session begins on Monday, April 11, 2011. If you are over 18 and a Kent County resident, please call 822-9103 or email lvkc@coventrylibrary.org for more information. You’ll have the fulfillment of knowing that you’re not only aiding individuals, but also building a stronger, more successful community.
