Cranston Police are looking for a one-legged bandit who robbed East Coast Speed on Elmwood Avenue. Police said the man, who has one leg and uses crutches, entered the garage through a rear window and once inside, stole $100 cash, a digital camera and assorted items. He then left out the front door and headed south on Elmwood Avenue with his crutches. Police believe the man may be a regular user of public bus transportation.
