Mellor posts his military service records online in response to GOP rival's attack (newsfromthestates.com) — A Republican primary fight for Rhode Island's 2nd Congressional District is spilling into Cranston, with one candidate attacking another's military record and a televised debate set to be taped at WJAR's Cranston studio. Vic Mellor has posted additional Marine Corps documents online to defend his rank and presidential security work, while Stephen Skoly's campaign questions discrepancies in federal records.
