Rhode Island Returned To Quarantine List In NY, NJ, CT
The Ocean State is back in the travel advisory list for three states, as well as Massachusetts.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Rhode Island is back on the travel advisory list in three states, requiring quarantine. New York, New Jersey and Connecticut all announced Tuesday that Rhode Islanders must quarantine after entering the state.
Rhode Island was first added to the travel advisory list in all three states in early August, and removed shortly after. Massachusetts followed suit, and has yet to give the state the all-clear since then.
As of Tuesday, the state's percent positive rate was at 1.7 percent, up slightly from a few weeks ago, when it dropped below 1 percent.
