East Greenwich Educator Joins Realityworks' RealCare Customer Advisory Council

Krista Harvey, East Greenwich High School Health and Physical Education Teacher, joins other educators to provide experiential learning company with insight and product development feedback.

Eau Claire, Wis. (July 9, 2015) –East Greenwich High School Health and Physical Education (PE) Teacher Krista Harvey has been awarded a seat on the RealCare Customer Advisory Council for Realityworks, an experiential learning company based in Eau Claire, WI. Having worked in the health and physical education field and with Realityworks’ flagship product, the RealCare Infant Simulator for over 19 years, Krista will be an asset to the council as it explores new innovations and outlines best practices with RealCare products.

Krista’s passion and excitement for family and consumer sciences is clear from her membership in the National Education Association of Rhode Island and the East Greenwich Education Association since 2000. Krista was awarded the RealCare Customer Advisory Council position on July 6, 2015. Her first responsibility as a council member will be attending the RealCare Customer Advisory Council meeting in the fall as a voice for her fellow educators.

The RealCare Customer Advisory Council was established in 2012 to help Realityworks make its programs even more beneficial to the fields of career and technical education, family and consumer sciences, health and human services. The council gives passionate customers a voice in product development initiatives and the opportunity to provide valuable insight into best practices and marketing strategies for the program. It is comprised of leading educators in the areas of early childhood education, parenting skills, teen pregnancy prevention, healthy relationships and child care career skills. Members’ experience educating youth on these subjects is used to further guide and direct Realityworks’ product offerings.
