Middletown Man Threatened Public Official: Cops
The Middletown man also obstructed an officer, police said.
MIDDLETOWN, RI — A Middletown man threatened a public official, police said.
Clayton Frable, 59, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with threats to public officials and obstructing an officer in execution of duty, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Frable was arrested by the state police Violent Fugitive Task Force, according to the release.

The charge stemmed from a Portsmouth Police Department case, the release said.
"Mr. Frable was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Portsmouth Police Department," the release said.
