Alerts for Flooding, 60+ MPH Winds for Narragansett, SK
Heavy rain and strong winds pummeled the area Tuesday.

Flooding and strong wind alerts were issued for Narragansett and South Kingstown Tuesday.
The National Weather Service said up to 3 inches of rain will accumulate by late Tuesday night, presenting flooding problems. NWS issued a flood watch for the two towns until 1 a.m. Wednesday. A wind advisory was in effect until 10 p.m. Tuesday. NWS said the strongest wind gusts—reaching 60 mph or more—will hit at about 8 p.m.
