More Rain on the Way for Narragansett, SK This Week

Rain will continue to drench Narragansett and South Kingstown this week.

Up to 3 inches of rain was expected to drench the area by Tuesday night, causing flooding in some areas. The rain was expected to continue until 10 p.m.

Wednesday and Thursday will feature more rain.

Here’s the latest National Weather Service forecast:

• Tuesday: Heavy rain. Up to 3 inches of rain in some areas. High of 49 degrees, low 41.
• Wednesday: Rain likely. High 47, low 38.
• Thursday: Chance of rain. High 42, low 35
• Friday: Mostly cloudy. High 41, low 34.
