SK Girl's Slow Pitch Softball Registration for 2013 Season

The SK Girls' Slow Pitch Softball League offers programs for girls age 7 through high school senior and welcomes both residents and non-residents of South Kingstown.

The South Kingstown Girls' Slow Pitch Softball League is made up of three divisions: Instructional Program (ages 7 and 8), Junior League (ages 9-12), and Senior League (age 13 through high school senior). All games are played at Old Mountain Field in Wakefield. Our League welcomes both residents and non-residents of South Kingstown.

Early-bird registration fees (prior to February 7th) are $35 for the Instructional program, held on Saturday mornings starting April 27 (ages 7-8), $55 for the Junior League (ages 9-12), and $60 for Senior League (age 13 through high school senior). Please register early - fees go up $10 ($5 for Instructional) on Feb. 7th and registration closes on March 13th. Please visit www.skslowpitch.com and click on Registration in the left hand column to register.

Our League is dedicated to teaching the basic skills of softball in a fun, recreational program. We encourage our coaches to focus on giving girls an opportunity to play rather than winning games. Practices start in mid-April and games run from early-May through the end of July. Players who are new to the League, moving up from Instructional, or returning after an absence will need to attend Skills Assessment in late March to help us ensure team balance when assigning new players to teams. You will be contacted by phone or email if you need to attend Skills Assessment.
