Give 'Credit' Where Credit Is Due...

     There are and, have, always, been 'notable' peoples, across the globe, throughout history; people, with, specific- 'strength(s) and 'power', and, status, attained through such, 'gifts'. Einstein, of course, is known for his intellectual-prowess, having had an IQ, making him remarkable; although, today, there are others whose, own, IQ's have surpassed his. Hercules and Sampson, as, some of TODAY'S, 'strong-men' were, popularized by the physical, muscular-power, each, owned, and, some, folks, throughout history, as, today, have made their, 'mark' in society, due to his or her financial achievement, in various-venues, a la Steve Jobs, and Oprah Winfrey. All, these, people, have had, and DO, have, extraordinary abilities; they're ULTRA-something, compared to the 'average-Joe'. In having these, 'special' talents, some may be tempted to believe, that, he or she is MORE 'valuable' than another; but, this, would not be so. We are ALL, equally, as important, in the Eyes of God, and, no matter the 'contribution' we make to the world, if it is made in the honor of Our Lord, with Him, getting the credit, we will get the 'recognition' we require, as Children of God. One needn't be wildly, smart, strong, or wealthy, to make a difference in the world. Whatever, our special gifts and talents, when we use them, to honor Our Father, and, to make the world a better place, we are doing His work. If we get 'lost' in the praise of our good-work(s), allowing our self-image to become inflated, we are forgetting, that, 'every good gift...comes down from the Father' (James 1:17) Giving God the glory is a great, way, to keep from becoming boastful and prideful. To do so, protects our own hearts, and, gives credit to God; for, He, rightfully, deserves it. Just Sayin'...
