Insane in the Membrane...

A very wise, and, astute, gentleman, once defined 'insanity', as doing the same thing, over and over, again, and, expecting a different result; this man was Albert Einstein. Sure, this pragmatic, proffering, ain't the 'Theory of Relativity', but, it sure makes a hellava lot of sense! Regardless, of one's, personal, IQ, this point of view cannot be argued. Whenever I find myself falling 'victim' to myself, and, my own, undoing, I must stop, and, take a bit of personal-inventory. Heck, I'm only human, just like the rest of the herd, and, due to my frailties, as such, I, often, repeat behavior(s), which have not served me well, in my past. I would love to believe that, although, I may fall victim to such proclivity, I learn something new, with each go-around. As learning ought take place all the while, that, we exist, I'm not terribly hard on myself, if I don't 'get it', right off the bat, with regard to habitual-behavior. Wisdom is the result of life-lessons learned; for some, as myself, these lessons take time to take hold. Overall, I feel that I'm going forward, on the right track; however, every so often I need a gentle reminder... a bit of nudge, to redirect my steps. Let's face it, some things in life are worth repeating, while other, not so much. So... if one does find one's self acting a tad 'insane', on occasion, think about this. Mr. Einstein, in order to come to his remarkable, resolution, had to have been acting a bit insane, himself, once in awhile; he sure as heck looked the part of a 'mad man', am I wrong? Feel better? I, sure, do! Just Sayin...
