My Theory Of 'Evolution'...

   Technologically, speaking, as society's go, ours is one, quite, advanced, with wondrous things, occurring, all over the globe, due to technology, in general. Far be it from me to 'bash' this use of science in industry, engineering, social-media, etc., for I am engaged in it's use on a daily basis, as are most of us. Without having to 'go into' the negative-aspects of such, we are all, painfully, aware of what these are. Regardless, of any of this, as I ponder, today, I am reminded, that, though, so, advanced and evolved, as a technological-entity, society, at large, is less so, when one considers it's 'human-component'; for human-kind, in general, seems far, more, adept, at evolution, with respect to developing technology, than we do with regard to evolving in a conscientious -fashion. As a matter of fact, it seems, since the beginning of time, that, although the collective-intelligence of human-kind has, definitely, developed, the human-psyche, has, not kept pace. For, in my way of thinking, if it had, would we still be dealing with issues, such as, bigotry, contempt, distrust, fear, hatred, or intolerance, based on the opinion, ethnicity, race, religion, national origin, gender, or, sexual orientation of others? Personally, I think not; and, it's heart-wrenching, on a level, to acknowledge that this, type, treatment, of and toward, our, very, own, brethren, is, still, so 'alive and well' within our world...within our lives, present company...EXCLUDED! I choose not to engage in behaviors, which, I find repugnant; but, this is who I am. Others, must, determine for themselves, what is important to them, how they 'view the world', and, live their lives. So...as far as technology goes, I would, prefer, doing without ALL of it, and, seeing human-kind embrace one another, with the same fervor that some do the, next, best, I-Phone...I-Pad...or, whatever the heck they're called. But, this is, simply, me! Just Sayin'...
