Shhhh...We ALL Do 'IT'!

     Now...here's a subject lots of folks prefer not discussing; Yet, it's a 'thing' we ALL do, and, MUST do, as, it is vital to good health...POOPING...eliminating 'waste-product' from our body, after it has absorbed anything good, e.g., nutrients and vitamins, from the food we ingest. If this 'natural-function' was not performed, then, we'd all be, quite, literally and figuratively, full of 'what makes the grass-green '. However, since our digestive-system is designed to eliminate the by-products of foodstuffs we consume, we pass the 'you know what' from our bodies; Hence, keeping 'clean' the intestines, and, staying, healthier, in general. When our systems get 'backed-up', due to improper diet, illness(es), medications, etc., and, we are having difficulty dumping the digested-delicacies we've dined upon, we can, actually, begin to 'feel like s**t'; This, due, to the body's inability to rid itself of the 'nasties'. According to experts, in the field of 'colon-health', who aver the importance of a 'clean-colon, as 75% of our immune-system lay within, AND, a reason to use a probiotic, as well, it is, most, natural to have a bowel-movement, after each meal. Well...for LOADS (pun, intended!) of us...this, just, isn't the case at hand. Some of us feel fortunate to 'go' once, a day, as part of our AM 'constitution'. Although, as per the 'experts', this, is NOT enough, it sure beats going not at all! Over the years, I have discovered the 'beauty' of psyllium, this, natural-husk, which can be found in products, such as, 'Metamucil'. This, stuff, truly 'does the trick', in addition to assisting with keeping cholesterol-levels lower; Add to this the fact that it's as 'natural' as can be...well...that's a 'hat-trick', in my estimation! So, enough on this subject of scatology, other, than to reiterate the importance of eliminating it from our bods. And, for those of you, whom, may think that I'M full of **IT, well...the psyllium takes care of that...thanks! Ahhhhhh...Just Sayin'...
