When we allow ourselves to 'buy into' a belief-system, which gives us 'permission' to behave in unsavory ways, able to 'justify' our own display of negative, behavior(s), this is a disservice; as, we are not doing ourselves, or others, any favors by being angry, bitter, churlish, disappointed, enraged, fearful, God-less, hate-filled, ireful, joyless, kind-less, loveless, mean, nasty, outraged, perturbed, quick to judge, rancorous, sore-headed, ticked-off, unfair, vitriolic, wrathful, X-treme in our reaction(s), (un)yielding, or, zen-less.
