WHAT Is YOUR 'TUMMY' Telling YOU?

Most, often, we feel, that, 'wisdom' is a thing, attained, only, over the course of aging, and experience(s), we've engaged in, or, undergone, in life. To believe this, is to NOT know what exists right INSIDE ourselves. All the 'Wisdom of the World' is contained within; and, when, we realize this, and, pay attention to our inner-voice, AKA, intuition, 'listening' to what can be 'heard' from deep-within ourselves, we WILL make 'wiser' choices. We're all familiar with the expression of, 'trusting our gut'. In all likelihood, we've, all, experienced the 'knowing', that, something, just, FEELS 'right' or 'wrong', with respect to choices and decisions we make or have made. When we opt for 'knee-jerk' responses to life's 'inquiries' and demands, of us, typically, we realize, that, we are not happy or satisfied with the result of such none 'thought-out' reaction(s). It is when we take some time to 'think' or 'pray' on making selections, especially, those, concerned with MAJOR, life-issues, that, we tend to be satisfied with, said, decisions. It is when we 'listen' to our inner-voice, that, we are better, able, to choose-wisely; for, we ALREADY 'know' what is best for us, whether, we realize this, or not. It's, simply, a matter of 'tuning-in' to self, and, turning-off some of the 'NOISE', that, interferes with our ability to do so. The bottom-line is this: If something 'feels' right, it's because it, probably, is; with, the same, insofar, as, something NOT feeling so. In ending, it can be 'wise' to 'contemplate one's navel', with, this inferring to the act of spending time complacently considering oneself or one’s own interests; however, I feel, that, is is WISER to 'listen to one's gut'! Just Sayin'...
