NK Riptide Softball Team Wins State Title

The NK Riptide U14 Girls Softball team won the Rhode Island State Title last night at Brayton Park beating the Darlington Impact 12-2 in 6 innings.

After losing to the Impact in an extra innings finals game on Sunday night, the Riptide had to bouced back after a Monday rain day. 

Taking the lead in the 1st inning on Tuesday night finals game, The Riptide never looked back pilng on 12 runs in 6 innings.

Rachell Kantor pitched a spectacular complete game, while being backed up by stellar defense and some red hot bats.
