East Greenwich Art Club

The East Greenwich Art Club will be holding their next monthly meeting on Tuesday May 6, 2014 at 7:00 pm at our meeting place First Baptist Church, 30 Pierce Street, East Greenwich R.I. 02818.

Guest Artist:  John MacGowan.....Plein Air oil painter,

 John is a well known artist in the sailing community of Newport & around the world.  His richly colored oil paintings capture the best of nautical scenes & traditional landscapes. A top level racer, with five America's Cup campaigns under his cap, he combines his love of sailing & the outdoors which contributes to his dynamic racing & blue water scenes. He has a working studio in Newport & welcomes visitors.

Members of the East Greenwich Art Club will be exhibiting their art at the East Greenwich Library,

82   Pierce Street, East Greenwich  from May 3-30 [check opening times].

Opening reception  is May 8 from 5:30-7:30 pm
