Perspectives Corporation offers American Sign Language (ASL) classes to members of the community (ages 16 and up)! These classes are designed for helping professionals who support children, adolescents, and adults who use sign language as a primary means of communication. Teachers, parents, family members, friends, and caregivers will also benefit greatly from taking these classes as they build the necessary skills to communicate with the Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing person.
We offer various levels of ASL from Basic to Advanced Levels (ASL I, II, III). Classes are two hours and are offered in the morning as well as in the evening. Summer classes begin week of June 27th and will be held at both of our locations in North Kingstown and Lincoln, RI. Class sessions are: 6/27-9/5 from 6p-8p (Lincoln Satellite Office); 7/2-9/3 from 6p-8p (North Kingstown Office); and 7/2-9/3 from 10a-12p (North Kingstown Office).
