“Turbulence” Concert: Electro-Acoustic Student Projects

Students studying electro-acoustic composition at URI will present “Turbulence,” a concert showcasing their recent works. The concert will encompass a variety of styles and techniques “including electronic dance music, ambient grooves, sonic narratives, and dynamic, immersive textures” according to Dr Kirsten Volness, who coaches the program. Jared Maynard, Connor Ragas, Ian Otenti, Alexander Barnhart, Shaun Cayabyab, Christine Warren, and Bruce Hagist will present works.
