Letter: Meet This Year's Democratic Candidates
You have two opportunities to meet the Democratic candidates this month.

To the editor,
As the November general election approaches, it becomes increasingly important that each and every voter become acquainted with the candidates for public office and their positions on the issues. While it is possible to obtain information about the candidates from the newspapers and other sources, there is no substitute for the ability to meet the candidates personally to discuss their positions.
For this reason, the Democratic candidates for office in the Town of North Kingstown have arranged two “Meet the Candidates” which will be held at different locations in town. Our candidates would like to allow as many voters as possible to meet them to discuss the issues important to voters in an informal and personal setting.
